4. Member with the most points WINS!
   -National Realtor or Affiliate = 2 pts.
   -Local Member = 1 pt.
5. Winner will be announced at the April luncheon meeting (April 20th)
6. Prize: $300 Gift Certificate (3 choices)
7. In case of a tie, there will be a "drawing" to determine the winner!
