"2006 Housing Market Forces"

Leslie Appleton-Young, Vice President and Chief Economist for the California Association of REALTORS®, is a well known speaker in California's real estate community. She directs the activities of the Association's member information group and oversees the analysis of housing market and brokerage industry trends, as well as membership development activities. She is also closely involved in the Association's strategic planning efforts. Prior to joining C.A.R., she was a consultant with Telesis Inc. in Rhode Island, spent several years as a research consultant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and as an instructer at the University of Pennsylvania.
